Returns & Exchanges, Damaged Goods

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with O’Brians Place Collision! We take your satisfaction seriously and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied, let us help you find something you love instead. We are happy to offer store credit or an exchange! Please note that custom items cannot be returned unless they were not manufactured according to the original order specifications.

O’Brians Place Collision is not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping or receiving of any website/online order(s).

In-Store Purchases Return

  • Return Period: All regular-priced items are returnable up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund Policy: We do NOT offer refunds. Returns will be processed as in-store credit or exchange only.
  • Custom Orders: No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
  • Sale Items: All Sale, Clearance Items, and grab bags are Final Sale. No exceptions.
  • Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

To initiate an in-store return, please visit us in-store.

Online Return Purchases

  • Return Method: Online returns will be processed as in-store credit once the item has been received and inspected. We do NOT offer refunds.
  • Return Period: Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of the order date.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.
  • Condition of Returns: All items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, please email info@obriansplacecollision.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your name, a description of the flaw, and attached photo(s) in the email. If we cannot replace the item, a credit will be issued.
